Collini celebrates its anniversary: 120 years of company history - Innovation with tradition!
I’ve always been interested in technology and I really wanted to complete a technical training after school. That’s how I came across Collini and have never had any regrets. Especially because I have received great support here, even after the apprenticeship.
My path from an apprentice in surface technology to becoming the plant manager in Mexico started with the in-house “Product Development” trainee programme. The trainee program was very broad. From project management to controlling, I received comprehensive insight into the processes of the company. Pretty exciting, I think. I have completed multiple training courses through the company. I passed the master craftsman exam, obtained a vocational diploma and earned a university degree in Business Management.
I’m currently working for Collini in Mexico and helping to build our new plant. A lot of work, but also many new experiences. A few years ago, I would never have dreamed that I would be plant manager in Mexico.
