Collini designs surfaces. You can find surfaces which are refined by us in all areas of life. When you fly somewhere on holiday, charge your iPhone, strap yourself into the car, or go for a motorcycle ride with your friends, Collini’s surface technology is in action.
Our training focuses on chemical and surface technology. We train the most apprentices in these two professions. The training is quite varied. You work with metals, keep production going, or fiddle in the lab.
When you entrust young people with a lot, they grow beyond anyone’s expectations. Our training concept, Lehre 4.0 (Apprenticeship 4.0) offers an open development process with sufficient freedom and room for creativity. We invest in the education of young people and have received many awards for our apprenticeship programme. Collini is breaking new ground with Apprenticeship 4.0.

In a job trial, you get the opportunity to get to know us and see how we do things. You help with the work and solve tricky problems during the entry exam. This involves logical thinking and technical skills.
We would like to invite you and your parents for a meeting, and together we can clarify any questions you may have. You will receive a timely notification about whether we can accept you into our apprenticeship programme. (There is a set commitment date for anyone from Vorarlberg. This is always the first Saturday in April.)
