Even before and during my studies at the Vienna University of Technology, I was able to work for Collini during the holidays, and so I also saw my professional future with the company. After graduation I started with a trainee programme at Collini. That was an exciting time during which I learned quite a bit.
Later, I worked as Head of Quality Management at the Hohenems site and that allowed me to get to know the whole company (people, processes, work flows, functions, connections).
In my current job as Head of the anodising plant, multi-dimensionality is important – technology, people and business.
