BLUDESCH HOT-DIP GALVANIZING PLANT OPTIMIZATION
In the construction of Europe’s most modern hot-dip galvanizing facility for bulk galvanization, special attention is given to energy efficiency. The galvanizing bath is specially insulated, the waste heat from production is utilized for pre-treatment heating through heat recovery, and IE4 electric motors are used. By implementing these measures, approximately 691 tons of CO2 can be saved annually. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
