Collini celebrates its anniversary: 120 years of company history - Innovation with tradition!
I’ve always been interested in technology and I really wanted to complete a technical training after school. That’s how I came across Collini and have never had any regrets. Especially because I have received great support here, even after the apprenticeship.
After completing my training in surface technology, I was able to participate in the company’s internal trainee program in product development. The trainee program was very broad, giving me comprehensive insight into the company’s processes, from project management to the controlling department. I found it quite exciting. I completed numerous further training courses through the company: master craftsman’s certificate, vocational baccalaureate, and the university course “Business Manager.”
My career at Collini not only took me to Mexico for several years, but also to Vienna, where I now manage the site.
