Collini celebrates its anniversary: 120 years of company history - Innovation with tradition!
1979 When I started the apprenticeship at Collini, everything was still done manually in galvanising. After completing my training, I was transferred to the Eloxal plant and eventually became head of this department in 1990.
I passed the master craftsman examination , completing the programme while still working, and I obtained a master’s degree from the Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt. At Collini, I have always been able to stick to my motto “… learn throughout your life”. Then came the next milestone of my career with Collini: a new anodising plant – the most modern in Europe – was built.
Leading people and bringing people to peak performance have always been a priority for me. After the new plant was successfully up and running in 2015, it was time for a change for me. I was given the opportunity to manage the hot-dip galvanising plant in Bludsch, which was completely rebuilt.
What I particularly appreciate about Collini is that we are a big family. Even in families there are ups and downs. But we always come together again and work toward a common goal.
